Solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is an exceedingly rare mesenchymal neoplasia that may occur in various districts; extrameningeal instances in the head and neck districts are rarely reported. Owing to its tendency to growth and recurrence, various classifications have been proposed for solitary fibrous tumor, characterized as low-, intermediate-, or high-risk.
